The day you become hoggish, and hope to get "lucky", is the time you squander all of your cash. Seems a little weird, but it seems to be true. It seems the only time I ever come away with money is when I don’t care about blowing it. I decided to go to the the casino last night with twenty dollars. I couldn’t care any less about blowing it, I mean, what is twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 profit in just 2 hours!

Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Bob. I took in one hundred dollars that I could not afford to lose. I got insatiable, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 30 mins! The lesson my friends is do not bet more than you can stand to lose. If you don’t panic about squandering, you have a greater chance of profiting big!

How else can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than making a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they hit every once in a while, but they do not come up enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Only wager on even wagers for example black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like 1st dozen, 2nd dozen, third 12, etc Wager on odds that pay relatively big.

With the basic rules reviewed, how else can we further increase our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our friend, instead of our opposition. "You can’t succeed at Roulette", my buddy Jeff would say to me. "It’s absolutely random due to the fact that any number might come up". Yes, my friend Matt certainly has a point, although at the same time, he is missing a significant part of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red could come up 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
